Police in Okinawa recently arrested Devin Ballard, a 20-year-old US Marine. He is suspected of killing a Japanese woman in a hotel room in Naha City and taking her bag and wallet. Medical experts found that the woman died after someone choked her. The suspect told officers that he did not commit the crime.
