On July 20, a rental car hit another car head-on on Route 38 in Furano City, Hokkaido.
4 Chinese people were driving the rental car. They are believed to be a family. 6 people were injured and taken to the hospital. Fortunately, everyone remained conscious.
Police believe the rental car crossed into the opposite lane and are investigating the cause.
